01.Shadowing
This service allows foot care nurses to come into our clinic or to facilities with our LPN. You would not be able to perform any foot care, but could watch, observe and ask questions. For a 2 hour session, the price is $150, a full 8 hour day is $500, and 3 days would be $1000.
02.Hands - On Practical Mentorship
This mentorship program allows for you to work alongside our LPN, actively participating in the appointments and getting hands on experience in the technical skills you are developing. You would be closely monitored by the LPN in order to receive the feedback and support needed. This service allows for a 30 minute debrief at the end of the day. You can choose from a half day (4 hours) program costing $400, or a full day (8 hour) program costing $800.
03.Business Mentorship
Our business mentorship program would be an opportunity for you to discuss the tactical side of running a medical foot care business. The focus would be on topics such as: Business Planning Operations & Clinic Management Basic Marketing & Client Acquisition Financial Management & Pricing Client Relations Staffing Legal, Risk & Compliance You will receive templates for intake forms and policies and vendor/supplier lists. You can choose from a 2 hour session for $200 or 8 hour session for $800.
