We recommend routine foot care every 6-8 weeks, but everyone is a little different. Your nurse will advise you on how long you should wait between appointments.
02
At Firm Foundations Advanced Medical Footcare, we use surgical grade medical tools. We clean and sterilize our tools following Alberta Health Services Guidelines. We only use properly cleaned and sterilized tools, or single use disposable tools.
03
No, we do not soak feet prior to treatment. Soaking feet is not considered best practice for foot care. Soaking feet can cause increased risk for infection, as well as causing the nails to crack, split, or bleed. Instead, we use the antiseptic method for foot care.

We accept cash, etransfer, cheque, debit, and credit card.
05
If you are a low income senior, you may qualify for Seniors Benefits. You can apply to Seniors Benefits to receive up $30 back from monthly foot care. In Three Hills, Seniors Outreach can assist you with this.
